The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing Front of House shift operations functions by managing all front of house systems, developing team members, and driving results on overall shift operations.
The purpose of the Supervisor position is to effectively direct and lead a team during daily operations. The Supervisor will work towards implementing the restaurants mission “We exist to lead others to become the best version of themselves through serving one another.” The Team Leader will focus on leading successful opening and closing operations within the restaurant including cash management, team member training, problem solving, and customer complaint resolution.

This job requires the ability to work well with people in a high stress environment. Resolving conflict with others whether guests or team members without anger or fear is important for success in this environment. A high level of service and hospitality is expected in all situations.
You must have the ability to be on your feet for 8 hours or more every day with minimal opportunity to sit down for breaks. You will also be required to climb ladders, pick up heavy objects (up to 50lb.) and stoop down to clean or pick up items.
